place is good but its quite far from the beach and their swimming pool is in adjacent property which is 100-200 mts aways from your stay and it is near the under construction function hall .

The Stay at Saravi had been fantastic. We reached around 3 pm however asked them for a early check in but unfortunately as I was a bit late my check in got delayed which was frustrating however the staff was kind enough to address this on priority and extended the check out by a day. The private pool villa was the most amazing one. the rooms were spacious and pools were neat n clean but guess the management needs to reduce the amount of chlorine a bit as I got skin rashes the 2nd day or may be I was spending too much time on the pool. 😀 The location was calm n quite n was located at a serene place and was very well mainted. We ordered tea during evening and it was pathetic. We were completely reluctant to try the complimentary breakfast coz of the bitter experience we had with the tea but to our surprise if was too good. it had good south Indian varieties. Overall my feedback: Positives: # Private pools are the best, Neat n Clean but Chlorine amount can be minimized. # Well maintained property the way its structured # Decent breakfast Negatives: # Frequent power cuts # Overall small property, may be u can have some settings in the lawn to spend some time. # We tried the property during Apr, it was damn hot. The parking was open and having a check out at 3 pm was unimaginable. Final Wordings: Though the property is too small, we can't find a property with private pool in this rate. Given a chance I would certainly go back for a calm n peaceful stay. My rating: 4/5

Cozy property, the suits with private pool are not be missed. One of the best vacay we had. The staff is very welcoming. Food options are good. Hygiene and cleanliness was their trait.

Location is definitely good, food is good, amenities are above average, service is good. Mobile signal was really bad.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Saravi and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. While I had high hopes for a relaxing getaway. Facilities The resort’s facilities were major letdown. The pool area was 2 feet depth and no place for kids play area. The entire property is tiny and can be walked in less than 30 seconds. In summary, my experience at Saravi was disappointing due to no facilities, inadequate customer service, and subpar dining options. I had hoped for a relaxing retreat but instead left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I would recommend potential guests consider other options in the area that may offer a more enjoyable experience.

I recently stayed at this newly opened resort and had a pleasant experience with the cleanliness and neatness of the room. However, there's room for improvement in their food delivery service to rooms. Considering the charging rate, I felt that the play area inside the resort was somewhat limited. To enhance the overall experience, especially for families, I suggest that the management invest in creating a more comprehensive and engaging kids' play zone.

Our stay here was fantastic, except for a few hiccups to which the staff was more than helpful & attended to our concerns promptly. After we checked in to our villa with private pool, we were mesmerized with the calmness and quiet the place had to offer, however we realised this was going to be short lived after we spotted three of our wild friends inside our room - 2 tree lizards black in color inside the washroom and 1 gigantic spider in the closet space. However the staff, lob-in and sour-ab went out of their way to help us out and take the creatures of our room. They were simply taken out and released into the wild and we were relieved. So thank you saravi and their staff for not letting anything ruin our stay since we are not big fans of our dear jungle friends. All in all our stay was memorable as the staff was very prompt with our needs and concerns

The room with a swimming pool was good, but our overall experience was disappointing. The staff, especially the ones assisting with luggage, were rude (except for the reception team). The food was horrible – our dinner had a bad smell, and even after giving feedback, nothing was done about it. Instead, we were still asked to pay. This was quite frustrating and affected our stay.

overall it was a wonderful Experience. positive 1. Property was really excellent. 2. Rooms with Pvt swimming pool well maintained. negative 1. Staffs could have been better. 2. restaurant dine in was a drawback.

Property is ideally located near the Pondicherry Town and the Serenity Beach. Location is very nice with full of trees. They have different varieties of trees. They cook the food on our order. so the food was very fresh and prepared to our requirements. We asked for a Room Decoration as it was our Anniversary and they have done it very well. Rooms size is good and bathroom is very big. We enjoyed our stay very much
